Kääntöpiiri is open to experienced and beginning/emerging translators who translate Finnish, Finland-Swedish and Sámi literature into other languages.
When you join Kääntöpiiri, you must create a public profile for yourself. You can set the visibility of individual profile fields below each field. Be sure to provide information in English, because your profile will be viewed by publishers and other people who don’t necessarily read Finnish or your own language.
After you register, the Kääntöpiiri administrator needs to approve your membership. Please be patient – memberships are approved as quickly as possible.
