- For many years, have participated in workshops on poetry, prose, comics, fiction and non-fiction, as well as children and youth literature, along with a seminar organized by Finnish Literature Exchange (Finnish Literature Society).I have an academic background in language and literature, having studied at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels. For over fourteen years, I have collaborated with several esteemed publishing houses as a translator. İletişim Publishing House specializes in literature, humanities, and social sciences, featuring works by Fyodor Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy, and James Joyce. April Publishing House focuses on contemporary fiction and crime novels, publishing authors like Jodi Picoult (Nineteen Minutes) and Han Kang
(The White Book). Timaş Publishing Group is known for international bestsellers such as The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Can Publishing brings world literature to Turkish readers, featuring Gabriel Garcia Márquez (One Hundred Years of Solitude), Albert Camus (The Stranger), and George Orwell (1984). Ayrıntı Publishing House publishes philosophical and literary works, including Kant and the Platypus and Becoming Beauvoir.
I have translated documents and conducted interviews for Cumhuriyet newspaper, which has over 3.5 million followers on X. My translation work spans a wide range of materials, from official documents for the Finnish Embassy to children's books for major international publishers. Additionally, I have been awarded grants by the Finnish Literature Society for my contributions to literary translation.
